Terms of use

Last updated July 31, 2026.

1. What this service is

Renewal Radar (“the Service”) is an informational tool operated by Teryli Systems LLC. It reads publicly published California facility data, computes dates and fee estimates from it, and helps you keep your own compliance calendar. The Service is informational only. It does not provide legal, regulatory, clinical, or compliance advice, and using it creates no relationship of professional advice.

2. No warranty of accuracy or timeliness

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current, or free of error. Dates and amounts shown are computed from public sources as of a stated snapshot date and may be out of date, superseded, or wrong. We do not warrant any outcome, including that a renewal will be accepted or that any deadline will be met.

3. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee

Calendar feeds, emails, and any other notification the Service produces are a convenience. We do not guarantee that any reminder will be generated, delivered, delivered on time, or received. Non-delivery of a reminder is not a defect in the Service and creates no liability. Do not rely on the Service as your sole method of tracking any regulatory deadline.

4. You remain solely responsible for compliance

You are solely responsible for meeting every licensing, certification, reporting, training, and other regulatory obligation that applies to you, and for verifying every date, fee, and requirement against the primary source and your own licensing analyst before acting on it. Nothing in the Service transfers any part of that responsibility to us.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where the Service was provided free of charge, that amount is zero.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, regulatory penalty, fine, sanction, license lapse, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law, to misrepresent your relationship with any agency or with us, or to scrape, resell, or redistribute its output in bulk as a competing dataset. We may suspend access for conduct that damages the Service or other users.

7. NON-AFFILIATION

RENEWAL RADAR IS AN INDEPENDENT PRODUCT OF TERYLI. IT IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, SPONSORED BY, LICENSED BY, OR ACTING FOR THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES, ANY OTHER STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCY, OR ANY ACCREDITING OR CREDENTIALING BODY REFERENCED ON THIS SITE. FACILITY INFORMATION IS REPRODUCED FROM PUBLICLY PUBLISHED GOVERNMENT DATA. INCLUSION OF A FACILITY IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OF THAT FACILITY, AND NOTHING ON THIS SITE IS AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF ANY AGENCY.

8. Changes

We may change the Service or these terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after that date is acceptance of the change.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
