Your tracker data stays in your browser
The facilities you track, staff credential rows, custom deadlines, and evidence checklist entries are stored in your own browser’s local storage, on the device you use. They are not uploaded to us and we cannot read them. Clearing your browser storage deletes them and we cannot restore them, so export your data (JSON, calendar, or PDF) if you want a copy that outlives the browser.
What we actually receive
We receive only what you deliberately submit: your email address if you ask for reminders or join early access, and anything you write to us. We do not collect names, dates of birth, clinical information, or any patient or client data. The Service is not designed to hold protected health information — please do not enter any.
Where it is stored
Submitted email addresses are stored on Cloudflare’s platform, which hosts this site and its small backend. Standard server-side request logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested URL) are generated by that hosting for security and abuse prevention and are retained on Cloudflare’s normal schedule.
What we do with it
We use your email address to send the reminders or early-access messages you asked for, and to reply to you. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to build profiles. We share data with a service provider only where it is needed to run the Service — hosting, for example — and only for that purpose.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Service uses local storage to hold your tracker data on your device, plus any strictly necessary cookies the hosting platform sets for security. No third-party ad networks run on this site.
Deleting your data
Clear your browser storage to delete tracker data yourself, at any time, without asking us. To have an email address we hold deleted, or to ask what we hold, email renewals@teryli.com and we will delete it and confirm. Every reminder email also carries an unsubscribe link that stops all future sends.
Facility data
Facility records shown on this site come from the CA DHCS “SUD Recovery Treatment Facilities” public dataset — public government data about organizations, not about individuals. To correct a record, email renewals@teryli.com and we will refresh from the state file or annotate the record.
Children
The Service is a business tool for facility operators, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
